An Ooh De Lally Venture · North Omaha · Est. 2027

Slow bread, a long counter, and a future.

A neighborhood bakery & café rising in North Omaha — part of an expansion that will also bring housing and a training kitchen to the community.

The Vision 01 — 04

We're expanding the Ooh De Lally mission into North Omaha.

Our next chapter is more than a bakery. It's a city block built around hospitality as a tool for change — pairing housing, training, and a daily neighborhood gathering place under one vision.

The bakery & café will be the front door: warm bread out of the oven by 6am, students learning their craft in a real working kitchen, neighbors sitting elbow-to-elbow at a long communal counter.

The Plan 02 — 04

Four pieces, one neighborhood.

  1. 01

    Housing

Stable, dignified housing for graduates of our training programs — the foundation of a real second chance.

  2. 02

    Training Kitchen

A working classroom where new bakers, line cooks, and hospitality leaders learn the craft alongside seasoned mentors.

  3. 03

    Bakery & Café

A daily-bread neighborhood spot — sourdough loaves, laminated pastries, slow coffee, and a long counter to sit at.

What you'll find at the counter
  • Sourdough, baked daily
  • Viennoiserie & laminated pastries
  • Pull-apart cinnamon rolls
  • Single-origin coffee
  • A long communal table
  • Job training in every shift
